Do you have one yet?

Were you one of the myriad of iPhone lovers dying to get away from AT&T? You may not have as many people feeling the way as you thought. All the hype around Verzion's launch of the iPhone 4 seems to be just hype, as the long lines seen for previous releases of Apple's much loved phone weren't seen at Verizon stores throughout the country. Several reports have said Verizon expects to add around 8 million iPhone subscribers this year alone, will you be one of them?

Controversial Ad Appearances

The advertising campaign for Activision's newest title in the wildly successful Call of Duty has sparked a controversy, due to the people included in the ad, and what they're show doing. A commercial shows Kobe Bryant and Jimmy Kimmel, among others, shooting, blowing things up and causing other assorted mayhem. Several people have since come out and condemned their appearances, questioning the example it sets for young people. Below, you can see the ad for your self. Do you have a problem with their role in this ad?

Drive-Buy-Shooting

Surprising (NOT!) news from the south tonight. In this tough economy, retailers are trying new and unusual tactics to entice customers. Buy-this-get-that is a common deal now-a-days, but one Florida car dealership has put an interesting spin on it, by offering people who purchase a new truck a voucher for a gun from a near by gun shop. What do you think, would this make you any more likely to go get that shiny new truck you've had your eye on?

Puff Puff TV

Our next story brings politics and Hollywood together, as "The Hangover" star Zach Galifianakis lit up a marijuana  joint during a discussion on California's controversial Prop. 19, on an appearance on HBO's "Real Time with Bill Maher". The measure would legalize use of pot, beyond the current "medicinal only use". What do you think of Zach's bold move, as well as the controversial ballot measure, up for vote tomorrow?

See more, compliments of CNN:

The Final Frontier

Tonight's top story comes as a result of a NASA Director's recent comments regarding a program designed to create a space ship capable of taking humans to another planet, to begin colonization. The program revolves around the "100-Year Starship", which would fly the astronauts to another planet. One of the more interesting, and controversial aspects of the plan is the fact that the humans would likely never return to Earth, due to the time and resources it would take to simply get to the planet, even as "close" as Mars. What do you think? Would you volunteer to be one of the first to colonize a new planet, especially if it meant you would never see the loved ones you leave behind on Earth?
